4. Platform Hosting — Thinkific

The Healing Hearts Community platform is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”), which provides the course creation and delivery technology that powers our site. Your account data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage systems and databases on secure servers protected by firewalls.

Payments

If you make a purchase on our platform, payments are processed through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal. All payment information is encrypted using Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) protocols. Your payment transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your transaction and satisfy legal obligations. We do not store your full credit card details on our systems.

All payment gateways we use adhere to PCI-DSS standards, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, ensuring the secure handling of payment card information.

Some of our service providers may be located in or operate in jurisdictions other than Florida or the United States.
