No, sharing is completely optional. You are welcome to participate in discussions as much or as little as you feel comfortable. This retreat is designed to support you in a way that feels right for you. Whether you choose to listen, reflect quietly, or share your journey, you will be in a safe and supportive space.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a journal, any personal comfort items, and anything that helps you feel at ease in a retreat setting. If you plan to spend time in the pool, bring a swimsuit. We will be taking a nature walk for reflection so appropriate shoes are required.
