Terri Chaplin brings warmth, wisdom, and years of experience to this transformational work. As an accredited grief companion and educator, certified in advanced grief support and heart-focused techniques, she has gently walked alongside hundreds of people through loss, and helped many more build their own practices in this sacred field.
Her calling was born from personal loss. After the deaths of her first husband and her son, Terri witnessed how deeply grief care needs more humanity, presence, and heart. Those moments became the spark that guides her mission today: to help families, funeral professionals, and grief coaches bring compassion back to the center of care.
She built her own coaching practice from the ground up, learning firsthand what works, what matters, and what it truly takes to build something sustainable rooted in meaningful work. Now she shares those lessons with other companions who are ready to do the same.

Who is this strategy call for?
This call is designed for grief coaches, grief companions, death doulas, and end-of-life professionals who feel called to build or grow a coaching practice. Whether you're just starting out or you've been working for a while but feel like something isn't quite clicking, this session is for you.
What do I need to do before the session?
After enrolling, you'll receive the included workbooks. Working through them thoughtfully before our call makes the session far more focused and useful. There's no "right" way to complete them - simply be honest with yourself as you go, and bring what you wrote to our session.
How does the call take place?
The strategy call is conducted virtually via Zoom, FaceTime, or telephone - whichever you prefer. After enrolling, you'll receive a scheduling link to book your session at a time that works for you. Terri serves clients worldwide, so time zones are no barrier.
Does this include a separate social media strategy call?
The strategy call covers social media as part of your overall business strategy, and you'll receive the Social Media Daily Post Structure as a bonus resource. It does not include a separate, dedicated social media call.
