Healing Hearts Pathway isn’t a program that teaches you how to "move on" or "get over it." It’s not a checklist or a timeline. Grief doesn’t work that way, and neither do I.
What makes this path different is that it’s rooted in companioning, not counseling or clinical diagnosis. I don’t try to fix your grief or push you through it. Instead, I walk alongside you with tenderness, patience, and compassion. I honor your loss, your story, and your pace. You lead, and I hold space.
This isn’t about closure, it’s about integration. In the Healing Hearts Pathway, we explore how to carry both the love and the loss, how to give your grief a voice, and how to rediscover purpose and peace without letting go of the person you miss.
It’s deeply personal and heart-led. I draw from my own experience with loss, creating a safe place where you feel seen, heard, and supported, not rushed or analyzed. Grief isn’t a problem to be solved. It’s a sacred experience that deserves care and understanding.
Healing Hearts is about helping you find your way, your healing, your rhythm, your hope, one gentle step at a time.
